Once you are connected, we ensure that your optimal working alarm system stays connected to our central station.
The monitoring of your alarm system is activated when a phone connection is established with our central station. Subsequently, our central station will contact you to handle further matters such as setting up a password and discussing the alarm response procedure.
Connection Costs
There are no costs associated with converting (connecting) to the CSS central monitoring station. The charges for the services provided by the installer should be arranged separately with the installer.
Provision of Additional Information
Payment for Alarm Monitoring
The payment for alarm monitoring is tailored to each client, offering flexible pricing options. The first month is free, allowing you to become familiar with your alarm system and CSS procedures. After the first month, payment must be made in advance by the fifth day of each month. You will receive your bill from CSS either through traditional mail or electronically. You can choose your preferred payment method, whether it be bank transfer or cash (including debit card) at our office. Alternatively, you can opt for our annual payment system, where you pay for ten (10) months instead of twelve (12) in a single annual payment.
